The way I set up this wiki:

• Turn on ACL and make all pages private. Then allow anybody to view the start page so even guests can see something.
• Add permissions for registered users to read all pages, and for an editor group to edit all pages. This means anybody can sign up, but admins can control who is allowed to edit. We could consider loosening this eventually.
• Uploaded :wiki:logo.png and :wiki:favicon.ico so that I could make the wiki namespace public
• Added userstyle.css to public_html/wiki/conf/ in cPanel file manager to tweak the style a bit - remove some drop shadows and make the page background white.
