This month, we are continuing to work towards a “developer brief” that describes important aspects of the Sydney Eco-Village we want to create.

Last month, we talked about location preferences. We agreed we want to be in a progressive neighbourhood, within walking distance of shops, public transport and a public primary school. And we don’t want to be under the flight path or on a busy road like Parramatta Road.

We know it won’t be easy to find some land that meets those criteria and is not extremely expensive. But the first step is to articulate what we want and then approach potential partners to help us achieve it.
