Are you looking for an intentional community to come home to? \n\n\n\nAt this information session\, you’ll learn how to make that a reality. We will outline the steps including: \n\n\n\n\ndefining a shared vision\n\n\n\ncreating a community\n\n\n\nbuying an existing property versus new construction\n\n\n\nthe stages of buying or building together\n\n\n\nlegal considerations\n\n\n\nfinancial considerations\n\n\n\nprofessional help: who to involve\, when.\n\n\n\n\nRegistration is essential so please RSVP via Humanitix. \n\n\n\nSydney Cohousing is an incorporated association that promotes the creation of community-led housing projects all across Sydney. We know our current housing system is not working for the majority of people\, or for our planet. We know there are better ways to live—and we can make them happen\, together! \n\n\n\nBefore houses were investment assets\, our ancestors lived in small clans and villages. We want to recreate aspects of village life in a modern setting\, by creating housing that is affordable\, sustainable\, inclusive and accessible. The modern Cohousing movement began in Europe\, and it has inspired people across the world to live better together.
